Heather was awesome! I have never seen anybody work so hard to find somebody a house. She spent countless hours doing research and spending time with us looking at numerous homes. We looked at several different towns, and she was knowledgeable about every one of them. She guided us through every aspect of the home buying experience, at times "holding our hands" and explaining everything to us in great detail. She certainly knows her business and will work diligently for her clients. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with her on a personal level as well. She is funny, thoughtful and well put together. If you want somebody that won't give up until she helps you find the right house, Heather is the one you want.

I had the good fortune to discover Karen as I searched for my first home. We went to many homes which at first were not going to work until she finally took me to a neighboring town and we found the perfect house. Soon, it was time for me to sell this house as I got married and she was right there; her expertise and efforts had my home sold in 30 days. Not long after, my husband and I decided to leave Florida for North Carolina. Again, Karen stepped up and this time she had our house sold in 2 days!! Karen's truly knowledgeable about the areas she works in and her efforts really showed each time we worked together. She is truly amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs in Venice and its surrounding areas!!

We couldn't have been happier with the job Karen did as our realtor. She was always on top of things and willing to show us any house at a moment’s notice. She returned calls promptly and stayed on top of things, guiding us through every step of the process. Her hard work and support was integral in helping us have a smooth closing. Having bought and sold five houses over the years, she was far and away the best realtor we have ever worked with! Her expertise and knowledge, as well as her wonderful personality, made this home buying process a really positive experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend Karen for anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

Karen always made the time to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. She was very familiar and knowledgeable about the North Port area. Even the closing agents were so complimentary of working with Karen and said it was a pleasure!

Karen was my realtor when I purchased my home in Venice, FL. She did such an outstanding job and went above and beyond in assisting me. When I was ready to sell this same home several years later, there was no question that I would again turn to Karen. I told Karen I plan to return to Venice when I retire, and I will look her up,and have her as my realtor for the third time.
