Jody exceeded all expectations. She was there for us from start to finish and helped us tremendously along the way to purchasing our new home. I would highly recommend Jody if you are looking at purchasing your next home!

Karen went out off her way to explore every aspect of our future retirement picture and allowing us to buy out right to face our new phase of our Senior years with very little work at the homebase. Thank you Karen for looking at so many possibilities for our Final Move. Good Luck!

Karen has been very professional since I met her a few years back. She knows her market she knows the product that I do is a contract with the extras that I put in she can relay that to the buyer. It’s a joy to work with someone that has the knowledge in the trade we as contractors have. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Karen was able to match my specific situation to a Community and Condo that suited my needs. She also went above and beyond and helped with local businesses to help me facilitate a smooth move.

Karen helped us find our home. When it was time for us to move we contacted her again. She goes above and beyond when searching for a home and when helping you sell. When we were looking for a home she showed my husband several places and then turned around and showed me 5 when I visited from out of state. When we were ready to sell, she helped us with an asking price. We received above asking and sold in 2 days. I would highly recommend Karen to my friend family.

Karen was SUPER easy to work with! I called her to discuss one of her listings and knew she was the agent for me. Her clear communication style and rapid responsiveness were really appreciated. As an out of state purchaser I needed to rely on Karen to be sure we met our timeline obligations and she knocked it out of the park. I received timely updates, inspection reports and referrals to companies that could make my cross country move as easy as possible. Karen represented me in a professional manner and got me the best deal possible. I highly recommend Karen and will work with her again in the future.

Karen did a great job lining up showings. When we found the property we wanted, she was super at getting it for us at the price we wanted and everything went very smoothly through closing. She was right on top of everything through the entire process. She was very communicative and I felt very confident. I would definitely work with Karen again!
