Finding the right home to buy can be very stressful. Jody’s knowledge and easy going personality took our stress away. We viewed many homes and Jody was always there at a drop of a hat to accommodate us. Jody is very patient and helped us find a home that is perfect for us! Her team was also excellent and very helpful! We highly recommend Jody.

Very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable of the area and housing market. Was very accommodating with showings. Helped to save us money on inspections and provide us with referrals on contractors needed for misc. House projects even after closing. Really looked out for protecting our interests when buying our house. Would definitely use her again on a future purchase or sale

Kim goes way out of her way to help with the selling of your home. We actually used her expertise to buy our home and was so impressed we called her to sell our home. That in itself tells you how happy we are with her services and kindness! She has a wealth of knowledge to help her customers. She is thoughtful and genuine with everything she does. We plan on using her in the future when we are ready to buy once again!

Jody and her teammate, Amber, were exceptional in coordinating our recent purchase. They made the home buying process simple in a very complex, simultaneous closing (sale of our home in another state and the closing of our new home in Florida). They were very professional, knowledgeable of all facets, and customer oriented. Can’t say enough good things about them. Folks will not go wrong choosing them to represent their interests in the purchase or sale of a home.

Looking for perfection ? Look no further then Karen . I bought a home through her and sold another through her . Friendly , knowledgeable, professional, but also a kind , personable , delightful soul . If I could give her a 10 , I would ... choose Karen as your realtor. Amen.

Lisa helped make our Venice homeownership dreams come true. Living out of state and purchasing a home in this fast moving market is difficult but Lisa made our purchase/transaction smooth. She answered all of our questions and was always available to answer our call, text or email. She is honest and trustworthy. We enjoyed working with her and she is a true professional. We love our new home in Venice!!!
