We highly recommend Brett from our personal experience of buying a home in Florida. He was very attentive, always available and willing to show us home after home until we found the one that fit us well. Once he understood what we were looking for he went out of his way to show us home that fit that profile and us. He was intuitive and was able to help us analyze the homes to pick the perfect one. We will use him again in the future! Thanks Brett! We highly recommend him. 5 Stars.

Larry Brzostek is one of the best real estate broker we have ever met! He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable in this neighborhood and was great to work with. Larry was always available to answer our questions or concerns and to show us other houses whenever we had asked for. After dealing with several other brokers in the past and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find a real estate broker like Larry. Would totally work with him again!

"The big thing I appreciated about Larry is the constant communications whether by phone, email or text. I always knew where I was standing and at what stage the sale was."

Larry is a tremendous real estate agent, personable and humorous. It’s difficult enough selling property within the same region but with an international sale taking place over 1,400 miles (2,250 km) away, the stress significantly increases. The sale of our condo involved complex international legal issues. With Larry’s vast and diverse experiences together with his intimate knowledge of the market and real estate laws in the Sarasota area, he was able to devise unique solutions that was acceptable to all parties concerned. Larry can not be more highly recommended. We knew we had selected the right man when he wrote us and said “There is a light at the end of the tunnel. And it’s not a train”.

Missy is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She is so helpful. If she didn’t know an answered to a question she would find out and get back with us in a timely fashion. She was able to easily lead us through the whole buying process. She recommended local insurance agents, plumbers, electricians, pest control and lawn care professionals, ect. She does a great job. I enjoyed workout with her and highly recommend her.

Larry is a fabulous realtor! He is professional, honest and forthright in his communication, and a ton of fun to work with! He has decades of experience and it shows. We found the perfect house for our family and we have Larry to thank for that! I highly recommend Larry to help anyone buy or sell a home. And... he's a funny guy. A sense of humor can come in handy during the often stressful experience of buying or selling a home.
