I met Larry about 3 years ago when I started looking for a second home even though I wasn't quite ready to purchase. Larry still took the time to show me properties yet did was patient until I was ready to purchase. Larry kept in touch with market and property updates until I was ready this year. I am out of state and Larry did a lot of virtual tours which helped tremendously. He definitely knows the market and works for your best interest. There were some issues that came up which he helped work through to keep the transaction moving ahead. I am not sure the sale would have gone through without Larry's help. Even more importantly, Larry has kept in touch after the sale and continues to provide excellent customer service. If I could give Larry 10 stars I would. He provided tremendous customer service throughout the entire process.

The idea to sell our home started in May when someone came up to our house and made us an offer. At the time it took us by surprise and we seriously considered excepting their offer. At that time a family member recommended that we speak with Midge who they had known for many years and said she was very honest and would give us an honest estimate of what our home was worth. When we first met her she was very friendly and professional. She felt our home was worth at least $100,000 more then was originally offered. Within days of placing it on the market we had 6 offers over our asking price. She allowed us time to decide on which offer we would except. She recommended a photographer who took beautiful pictures after we took her advise on how to stage our house to sell.She was always available when we had questions or concerns about our unforeseen legal issue with a family member who tried to claim ownership of our home. There were times when our stress levels were very high but she was always the calming factor. The closing had to be delayed several times due to this but she never gave up on us. Larry's been around for a while, so he really knows the area. While any realtor can be highly attentive, available when you need them, return calls and texts etc. (and Larry was), experience with such responses is another thing entirely. Larry helped me save money by suggesting what inspections to get once we finally did find the house. I think he has contacts in every trade group possible. He was there through the close and beyond and made completely sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. So, would I recommend Larry to anyone buying or selling a home? You bet 100 times over. We were lucky to find him.

She is very knowledgeable about all the little details inherent in real estate transactions, and has seen it all. Most importantly, in our case as out of town Canadian sellers, she has an amazing list of resources, and she was able to call on those personal contacts including landscapers, painters, cleaners, roofers etc in our absence in order to be able to show the property to its full advantage, and in a very timely manner. This was most appreciated by us as we were trying to sell just as prices were falling.
