Brett and staff have worked with us for over a year in our search for a Florida home. Mostly via electronic media and 3 in person trips. His attention to our pursuit never wavered. We met up with Molly Beers in March of this year. She worked tirelessly to find what we were looking for. Despite not finding the right fit in March, she did find exactly what we were looking for in early April after we returned home and we closed on May 17. We have met or talked to Brett and the staff on many occasions and they always gotten the answers we needed and went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about the attention and guidance we received

Meeting Larisa was the best thing could have happened to us! We were looking for our dream house in Florida and she went above and beyond helping us to find it. We spent a week in Florida and she took us everyday to see houses, answered our thousands questions, worked around our tight schedules. Larisa is very professional, patient and friendly. As first-time homeowners, she made the process simple and easy to understand for us. Her insights were extremely valuable to us and I don't think we could have done this without her. We are so lucky we met Larisa and thank to her we have found what we were looking for!

My wife , Rebecca, and I have considered a Florida vacation home for quite a while. Rebecca had been searching the Sarasota area when she ran across a condo for sale on Lido Key and contacted Tina for support. We were immediately struck by Tina’s enthusiasm as she sprung into action as our RE agent. Her personable disposition and acute sense of caring about our needs gave us a positive feeling as we negotiated our offer with the seller. Negotiating long distance without meeting Tina in person let alone not being able to visit the property before making an offer demanded someone we were comfortable dealing with. She was very responsive , helpful, and knowledgeable about the local RE market. Tina will tell you that we posed many questions and requests that she was quick to provide. In today’s RE market you have to be quick and proactive or you will be overtaken by other potential buyers. Your realtor has to be attentive and responsive otherwise you miss the deal. The best way I can sum up Tina’s performance is by using the analogy of a winning football team. Rebecca and I ran the plays , threw the ball , made the tackles while Tina coached us and assisted with calling the plays. Thanks Tina for the win! Vance and Rebecca Travis

We appreciate you getting us a buyer. But as we explained from the very beginning we are technologically channeled. We found out from our realtor in Ohio when our closing in Florida was. As super seniors we would have preferred a more personal relationship. Maybe next when dealing with seniors you might remember that

Rachel and her team were honest and super professional since the first time we spoke over the phone. She was always available to answer any questions we had regarding the available properties. She is also very knowledgeable about local professionals to provide any kind of inspection needed. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend Rachel and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Larry Brzostek is one of the best real estate broker I have ever met! He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable in the Sarasota neighborhood and was great to work with. Larry was always available to answer our questions or concerns and to show us other houses whenever we had asked for. After dealing with several other brokers in the past and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find a real estate broker like Larry. Would totally work with him again!
