"We had a great experience working with Larry in the sale of our property in Sarasota. Larry did an excellent job with the marketing that resulted in a very quick sale. Larry was very courteous and communicative. He kept us well informed every step of the way through the sale and closing. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to represent us in the sale. Thank you Larry!"

Amy is an amazing realter. When we first spoke, she inquired on the specifics of what I was looking for in a house and my budgeted amount for the purchase. She used the information and her knowledge of the area I wanted to live, to find me a perfect property. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase or sell a home.

I don't know how Larisa does it! How she removes, completely dilutes pressure, nervousness, uncertainty associated with an entire process of buying/selling the real estate?! Doesn't matter if it is a property worth of few 10's of thousand or multimillion $$ mansion, if it is a current wild-west-like RE market or not, or if it is an investment property or for a personal use. Very quickly you starting to accept nothing else but perfect and timely communication, punctuality. Larisa does it routinely and with absolute ease. This even discipline you. You don't want to fall behind and not be in-line with this very professional, easy-going (on the surface) and beautiful woman. Larisa, all the best to You and Your amazing Family! Thank YOU for Everything!!
