Rhonda was invaluable in finding the best house in the best part of town for me. She was very patient and listened to what I needed in a home. If not for her knowledge of the area I wouldn't have thought to look in my current neighborhood. Rhonda was also instrumental in helping me get in touch with a mortgage broker that was able to put me in touch with downpayment assistance programs in the area that I didn't know existed prior to meeting her. Rhonda was also great during the negotiation phase and helped me negotation key points in my contract.
