Kim has been a Godsend for us through a challenging 16 months trying to sell our house after we had already moved. Without Kim’s professionalism, knowledge and willingness to do things for us that I would not have expected from any realtor I don’t know how we would have managed, she basically looked after our house over an extended period, kept us up to date, advised us on price and strategy, negotiated, and provided us with as much feedback on contracts as was needed. I’m originally from Britain where a flat fee of around $2,000 is paid to the realtor so I have always felt the fees in the USA were ridiculous.
