It was a pleasure to work with Rhonda Heth, during the purchase of our new home!
At the onset of our search for a new home, it was important that we would hire a realtor that would work with us, and take careful consideration to what we really wanted in a home. I know other successful realtors that are too aggressive. It’s great that they have succeeded at what they do, but I always felt that hiring someone like that would not meet our needs. They would be more concerned about what they thought we would need versus what we really needed and wanted.
Rhonda was by no means too aggressive. Her easy-going nature made it easy for me and my wife to share with her what we wanted in a new home. Rhonda made an effort to understand what we really wanted and needed in a new home. Subsequently, she made suggestions along the way during our home search that always took into consideration the details that we had specifically requested.
Rhonda was available to provide guidance every step of the way in the processing of paperwork, inspections, etc. She essentially took on the responsibility of completing many of these steps entirely on our behalf, when that was possible. She has a keen understanding of the logistics around each step of the process. This understanding provided a seamless process from start to finish.
Overall, I feel that Rhonda’s efforts are genuine, to always serve her clients for what they want and need. I would certainly consider working with her again as a buyer, seller, you name it!
