Sean Dougherty is a fantastic realtor. I spent over three months working with Sean both locally, long-distance and virtually during my recent home purchase. Sean is extremely patient and was a huge help in my house-hunting as I relocated from Texas to Colorado. He possesses extensive knowledge and shared excellent advice during my home purchase. Sean made a stressful time of moving back to Colorado much easier. He had listings to visit that fit what I was looking for and helped with pros and cons on each property. When found home he helped negotiate what was needed to secure my new home!!

I was introduced to Sean about 5 years ago from a trusted friend in the title industry.
