Kimberley was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process as smooth as possible. She was by our side every step of the way to make sure our interests were taken care of properly. She checked in regularly to make sure things were progressing but wasn't pushy or irritating. She was available at all hours of the day, including weekends and even on her vacation via email, text and phone calls. Chissy is an excellent realtor and helped us quickly find an prime property in a hot market. Her background at a brokerage and her knowledge of the local market were huge assets. She's also a very empathetic person and really listens well to her clients. It would have been easy for her to show us other properties where commissions were likely higher, but she didn't she only showed us homes that were well aligned with our needs and dreams. I hope that I will not be moving for a long time, but if and when I do, I also hope Chrissy can work with us again.

If you want a highly responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely effective realtor, you need to hire Sean and his team. Sean and his team put an extremely effective sales pitch online, which made our home look like a model home in a magazine. We put our home on the market after 5:30 on a Thursday night and had a contract for sale on Sunday afternoon, less than 72 hours from start to finish. We receive an offer over our asking price.
