Overall, selling my home was one of the worst experiences I've had because of interactions I had with a number of unethical, unprofessional agents. Finding a good one is actually quite difficult. Luckily for me, a good friend recommended Janey, and she was the best agent I have ever worked with. She knows the market, knows how to handle bad agents, and knows how to close a deal. Honestly, you won't find better, and if you don't take my advice you could end up with someone who is terrible because there are a lot of bad agents in the Fort Collins area. Do yourself a favor and go with Janey. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I can't thank her enough for her help. Any agent can sell a home when the market is hot, but you really see how competent someone is when the market is tough. Janey is the best.
