I remember when I first talked to Tina I told her I didn’t want to paint I just wanted to put my place on the market as is. She sent me some pictures of a place she just put on the market and I didn’t think my house could ever look that good. But her team pulled it off and my house looked like a show house. Within a week and maybe a couple days I had contract and everything went very smooth. There were times I panicked but she was always right there talking me through any issue or crisis I thought I was having. If I was not in my forever home I would use Tina again.

We were quick to find something that suited our needs, fortunately and Chrissy kicked into high gear! Not only did she get us a showing within minutes of viewing the property listing but also had the listing realtor on the phone picking his brain about home details…. When it came time to make an offer, Chrissy positioned us well to make an informed decision based upon comps in the area. As there was another offer on the house, Chrissy expertly guided us to an appropriate price that put us in the running for a winning bid! The seller had a choice and Chrissy worked her magic! As a mother herself, Chrissy understands the value of family and really dug deep to ensure the listing agent and seller knew how much this would mean to us! Overall, selling my home was one of the worst experiences I've had because of interactions I had with a number of unethical, unprofessional agents. Finding a good one is actually quite difficult. Luckily for me, a good friend recommended Janey, and she was the best agent I have ever worked with. She knows the market, knows how to handle bad agents, and knows how to close a deal. Honestly, you won't find better, and if you don't take my advice you could end up with someone who is terrible because there are a lot of bad agents in the Fort Collins area. Do yourself a favor and go with Janey. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I can't thank her enough for her help. Any agent can sell a home when the market is hot, but you really see how competent someone is when the market is tough. Janey is the best.
