Chrissy helped us get the house of our dreams in Fort Collins. It was a difficult situation with us moving from out of state and having contingencies all around. Chrissy is OUTSTANDING!! My husband and I moved to CO from out of state and knew very little about the area. Chrissy was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She understood we were purchasing our family’s home, not just a house. She walked us through the process well, worked with us being out of state at times, and always had the answers. Michael Arruabarrena helped me buy my home AND sell my home. In 2005 Michael was the seller's agent, yet I enjoyed working with him, and we became friends. We stayed in contact for 17 years. Family changes resulted in relocation to another state, so I needed to sell my home, and of course I contacted Michael. Michael handled everything. My successful home sale was completed entirely remotely. Michael is professional, experienced, and efficient, also an effective communicator. He has a great sense of humor, and a heart of gold.
