Michael Arruabarrena has been our family's real estate agent for well over 20 years and our family has bought and sold a good number of houses and condos during those years. He sold four of our condos in June when the market was still hot and got us much more than we had hoped for. Even though mortgage rates are climbing ever higher and the market is cooling off, Michael still managed to recently sell two more of our condos at good prices for our family. He is always very professional and knows the best contractors to contact (and the ones to avoid!!!) when repairs are required. I think the biggest difference between Chrissy and the other realtor's we have worked with is her consistency and genuine heart for helping her clients. She first sold us our house back in 2018, and I have no doubt that we would not have got that home without her. Period. But over the next few years as we renovated that home she would always stop by or text to check in. If a house in that neighborhood went up for sale she would go by and check it out just so she would have an idea of the value of our home. In 2022 my husband had a super quick turnaround for a new job and we needed to sell this house quickly. Because of her consistency she was already on it, and it was a little under 4 weeks from start to final sale with money in the bank, with an offer above asking price. She works for you, simple as that. She's now a close friend and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

The market we were in was very challenging. Kimberly guided us through it to put together an offer above asking that the buyer would accept and give us the home with the view we wanted. She guided us through figuring out how to allow the sellers to stay in the house for 50 days after closing and the how to handle insurance, utilities, etc. She also sold our house and coordinated all these things on both ends of the process. I would definitely recommend Kimberly to either help you find the home of your dreams or coordinate the sale of your home so you could buy the home of your dreams. Kimberly knew how to price our house and also handle all the offers with escalation clauses to get the very best possible offer. This all occurred over a weekend away. She also knew how to get the buyers to allow us to stay in our house for 45 days after closing for no cost. I would definitely put my trust in Kimberly to sell your home. The market is not always going to be as hot as it was when we sold our house, but she knows the system well enough to handle whatever may come along.
