This was my fourth transaction with Kimberley - in the past she has helped me purchase and sell a condo, as well as purchase my current home. She is great about giving her advice and opinion, but ultimately leaving decisions up to her client - that's one of many qualities I love about working with her. This particular transaction was hard - my elderly father suffers from dementia and we needed to move him in with us and sell his home. There was SO much work to be done to get the home ready for sale, as my father had lived there over 20 years, the last 10 by himself while in declining health. Kimberley went above and beyond for me on this sale. She helped us find an inspector to identify potential issues with the home, then assisted with hiring tradespeople to perform repairs (concrete, plumbing, electrical). The house - which is in a great location and on a terrific lot but needs some updating - was on the market less than 3 weeks, and sold for what we asked for. Negotiation on the little things went smoothly, though Kimberley might have had to deal with a slightly overly emotional seller (me) a few times. (She handled me with patience and class.) Working with Kimberley over the last several years as I have, it has become like working with a trusted friend.
