My experience was wonderful! Whenever a house went on the market, she e-mailed it to me immediately and if we were interested she immediately got us in to see it! Also, I had a deadline to be in a new house, and she conquered that!! She knew what our needs were and met them all. I would recommend Kris to anyone looking for a home. Kris is a great fit for someone who is looking for their own home or helping investors find multiple homes. Wisteria was our first of many deals together. She is solid as a agent but is always looking to improve and go beyond what's expected, those qualities separate her from other agents. She has gone the extra mile many times. She has gone to court houses to get information on foreclosures, tax sales, compliance issues on houses. She has also drove around to takes notes on homes that are boarded up. She then looks up those boarded up properties figures out who owns them so we can try to buy them. She is aggressive therefor I have been aggressive trying to buy properties that she finds. Could not be an out of state investor without Kris. Kris is so valuable to our team I don't think we would be investing in Florida without her. Those qualities are second to none in her craft. Those qualities also made us life long friends.

Rich had a home sold down the street from us and another one listed within a mile. I contacted Rich by phone and we discussed my home. Rich came by our house and discussed the market in Palm Bay, Fl. with us. After our sit down with Rich we liked his professionalism and saw something that other realtors did not display; honesty and trust. Home was listed quickly with pics showing the full layout. Everything was so smooth unlike other realtors we have dealt with in the past. Any concerns I would have, Rich would always get back to me quickly and provide any necessary details requested. She went above and beyond and always was positive. She had so much heart and knowledge and helped us purchase a home in a difficult market, and our purchase was very complicated. I really don’t know that we would have closed with a different agent. She was a terrific agent. She even made us breakfast and gave us some plants for our garden when she closed, which we will always be grateful for.
