Kris was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about each property we saw and went out of her way to help with any questions that came up. Alex was amazing to work with! I highly recommend him as a realtor— to sell or buy! We were moving from VA to FL and only had 1 day to search for our home. We had many conversations over the phone to prepare for our one day visit and he asked all the right questions, never pushed us to a decision we didn’t feel comfortable with and always listened! When the day came, we saw only what we had spoken about and we ended up buying one of the homes he showed us! He had a full list of recommendations for mortgage lenders, insurance companies, all of it! I like to do my own research, though and he always encouraged me to do so— which I really appreciated! We ended up going with one of the people he recommended and everything went flawlessly. Alex always has a smile on his face and he will do anything he can to ensure you are happy and comfortable with your decisions! We closed on our home and though I’ve heard buying a house is very stressful, honestly I felt like it was easy and I’m sure that was because of Alex!

I have to say that Paul was the one bright in the experience of selling my late brother's house. I was acting as executor of his estate while I live in Minnesota and the house was in Palm Bay, Florida. Paul was there for me with his sage advice and made sure things got back on track when there were difficulties in dealing with minor children as heirs, and with a buyer who got access to the house before closing and created problems. Thank goodness for Paul! He found another buyer quickly and the sale was concluded. Paul, thanks for being there for me every time I needed your advice!

Lori quickly helped us get a contract on our canal front home, but frankly that's not too surprising given the market. Where she excelled was keeping it sold. We had many "issues" pop up in the inspection due to an over zealous inspector inciting fear in the buyers. Lori was quick to bring in individual experts to find ground truth. She also worked closely with the title company and bank. With her expertise and consistently positive "can do" attitude, she removed the roadblocks and we had a smooth closing. Well done!
