It's all in the details.
Lori quickly helped us get a contract on our canal front home, but frankly that's not too surprising given the market. Where she excelled was keeping it sold. We had many "issues" pop up in the inspection due to an over zealous inspector inciting fear in the buyers. Lori was quick to bring in individual experts to find ground truth. She also worked closely with the title company and bank. With her expertise and consistently positive "can do" attitude, she removed the roadblocks and we had a smooth closing. Well done!

Alex made both building a house and selling my existing home extremely easy!!!
Alex was always available to answer any questions I had in regards to building and selling my home. He was very patient helping me navigate the paper work involved especially with computer work because I am very inpatient and technically challenged. I cannot tell you how much I trusted him and grateful for all of his knowledge and assistance in successfully completing both transactions. He made it all so easy. The Best Realtor!
We have bought and sold multiple homes with Lori over the last 12 years. From the moment we met her we knew we found the right person. She has lived in Brevard County for many years and knows the area and the market very well. She is very responsive and communicates very well. She will go above and beyond for her client every time. Our experience with Paul was very satisfactory. We are from Canada and he helped us step by step to sell our place. His knowledge was excellent. He explained everything to us in complete detail and made it easy to understand. Any and all questions that we had he answered and if he did not have the answer he got it for us. He made everything very easy and stress free. I would recommend Paul to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a place.

Kris is an outstanding real estate agent at all level's Kris is a great fit for someone who is looking for their own home or helping investors find multiple homes. Wisteria was our first of many deals together. She is solid as a agent but is always looking to improve and go beyond what's expected, those qualities separate her from other agents. She has gone the extra mile many times. She has gone to court houses to get information on foreclosures, tax sales, compliance issues on houses. She has also drove around to takes notes on homes that are boarded up. She then looks up those boarded up properties figures out who owns them so we can try to buy them. She is aggressive therefor I have been aggressive trying to buy properties that she finds. Could not be an out of state investor without Kris. Kris is so valuable to our team I don't think we would be investing in Florida without her. Those qualities are second to none in her craft. Those qualities also made us life long friends.

My agent Kris was awesome. The utmost professional and on a scale of 1-10 I give Kris a 10… I could not have asked for better representation to sell my home. It went smooth from start to finish. I am not an easy sell and can be really demanding and it is very hard to get a high rating much less a 10. At every turn and every corner Kris you met my every need plus some before the need arose and hit me in the head. Thank you for a smooth sale on my home in Rockledge. I would not hesitate recommending Kris to anyone needing to sell or purchase a home.
