Wisteria was our first of many deals together. She is solid as a agent but is always looking to improve and go beyond what's expected, those qualities separate her from other agents. She has gone the extra mile many times. She has gone to court houses to get information on foreclosures, tax sales, compliance issues on houses. She has also drove around to takes notes on homes that are boarded up. She then looks up those boarded up properties figures out who owns them so we can try to buy them. She is aggressive therefor I have been aggressive trying to buy properties that she finds. Could not be an out of state investor without Kris. Kris is so valuable to our team I don't think we would be investing in Florida without her. Those qualities are second to none in her craft. Those qualities also made us life long friends.

My experience was wonderful! Whenever a house went on the market, she e-mailed it to me immediately and if we were interested she immediately got us in to see it!
