Kris goes above and beyond to help you find your home. She works very hard and has a great personality! She will not give up, even if it takes months, like it did with us. I have really enjoyed working with her and forming a bond with a very special lady.

Kris was great ! From the beginning of our journey thru this difficult real estate market, she was always upbeat and positive. I had a pretty extensive wish list for what I was looking for in a Condo, and how much I could afford, Kris never tried to show me places that didn't comply with my needs and price range. She was so tuned in, that when she found this listing she felt was a great fit for me, she wouldn't take no from me when I hesitated. As it turned out, she was spot on and when we looked at it, we both knew this was the one. She was as excited for me as I was for myself. I recommend Kris 100% !!!!

We have worked with Eva several times on personal and business remodels. In fact, when I made the decision to move yo Florida for work, she was the first person, and only realtor, that I called. She has always been there for us, and her knowledge and approach is above all the others. She has our trust and is our friend, and will ALWAYS be my Realtor in Florida.

I was referred to Laura by another reputable agent who is a good friend and who works in a different region. What an incredible referral it was! Laura exemplified what a realtor should be; knowledgeable and assertive with the perfect balance of a calm, friendly and patient demeanor. My husband and I were able to trust in Laura’s expertise in our decision-making and throughout the tremendous process of home buying, and we now are the proud owners of a beautiful piece of heaven located directly on the Florida coast. Thanks to Laura!

Kris was absolutely amazing. From helping us find the perfect location that best suits our family, constantly checking listings as they hit the market, lining up other realtors to show us properties when she was unavailable, accommodating visits to the property for quotes and measurements, and helping me with our toddler during the whole process. The best!

From our random meeting to coordinating the quick sale of my home and purchase of another home, everything went along like a well oiled machine. Eva practically took me by the hand and led me through the whole process. She priced my home as the market indicated and it sold quickly. She always got back to me with updates and answers to my questions or concerns. Eva worked tirelessly and was there for me every step of the way. The thought of selling a home and buying another was very overwhelming and stressful for me, but Eva was caring, patient, and her knowledge of the whole process helped keep me on track. Thank you Eva!

Sandy understood our 1031 exchange needs. She was very familiar with the area and truly listened to our needs and wants in the property. I would recommend Sandy to anyone. I have been a Realtor in another state for over 20 years and expect more than some people would. Sandy never disappointed me in the process. She was EXCELLENT! REMAX Aerospace Realty was fantastic, the sellers broker was non-responding throughout this whole process. Supposedly she was a top broker in the Cocoa Beach area and has at least two assistants. The other broker Jackie was on vacation and did not turn our offer in to the sellers for several days. Needless to say THANK GOD for Sandy Hodkins because she continued to work our contract and got it to the finish line. Thank you Sandy, we will definitely recommend you to anyone coming to Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral area.

Here I would like to take this opportunity and express my deep appreciation for all Eva's help and many many hours helping us find the right house. Eva's professionalism, endless dedication and availability were outstanding, which I have never seen before, therefore it was absolutely a pleasure working with her in the last few weeks. I happily will refer Eva as a best realtor to my friends/family or any one else who is looking for housing in the Melbourne area.
