The purchasing process went smoothly. We drove through some neighborhoods so that she would understand the kind of property that we liked. She sent me some listings over a few days at which time a property appeared that she thought that we would like. Jody Donnelly was a great realtor. She helped my mom close on her own home and myself a home. I felt like she listened to my wants and held my hand through my entire process. She really fought for me and did things that wasn’t required of her to do as a realtor. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the house I wanted. She sat with me at closing to make sure I wasn’t alone and still checks up on me even after closing. She is very genuine and really cares about her clients. This was my first home purchase and Kris gave me all the resources I needed. She provided contacts that I could reach out to, to get the ball moving. One thing I was most happy about was that she tailored a list for me with constant updates for me to see and view online houses that I might be interested in. She was very flexible with showings and had my best interest as well. As a first time homebuyer, I was glad I had Kris for my realtor. Her work ethic was excellent. Buying a home in the holiday season is nothing small. So I was thankful that she was able to work with my schedule.

I don’t even know how to start! Vera showed up to review the home and make suggestions for the listing. She was professional, had great advice and listed the house two days later. The pictures were professional, the listing was top notch and calls came in within hours. Vera showed up at the property the first morning and stayed all day, unplanned to show the house to all the people asking to see it. She worked tirelessly and had multiple offers within 24 hours. We sold our home, over asking price in less than 2 days, Vera stayed with us throughout the entire process and handled all the closing agent details. She was FABULOUS!!!!!!! We will be using Vera again to sell other properties we have and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a professional, hard working realtor, who gets the job done.

You should unquestionably contact this realtor. He is amazing, he’s undoubtedly the best! Our house was on the market for 3 months under a realtor with a different company & we had barely 6 showings in all that time...we were building a house & closing on it was contingent on selling our home, the realtor we had knew this but didn’t seem to care. Our previous realtor never had professional pictures taken, never provided us with any feedback after showings & even showed up on a Saturday letting herself in while we were home & saying she was there to do our open house WHICH WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY not the day she arrived! We made the decision to let our realtor go and someone referred us to Alex Callough, working with Alex was like a dream come true! Alex had professional pictures taken of our home within 3 days, he helped move things around & get our house show ready (which our previous realtor never gave instruction on), he had showings scheduled within a week of our house being listed by him & had our house sold within 3 weeks of him listing it. Alex brought us more showings in 3 weeks than we had in 3 months with our previous realtor! He always responded to us promptly, always was respectful & was always professional! He is the only realtor you need, see for yourself! Updated to add that we moved out of Florida for a year & when we were talking about moving back we already knew who to call. We contacted Alex & right away he went to work for us. We ended up finding a great home (that was being built brand new) in an established neighborhood & we are very happy. Will always recommend Alex & will always use him fir our Florida real estate needs! You should too!!
