Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I have been a Florida resident since 2001, after relocating from Rochester, NY when I fell in love with the Tampa Bay area, the beautiful beaches and all of the things a Florida lifestyle has to offer. I started my real estate career shortly after moving here, and have been actively selling real estate – Living and Selling the Dream! I obtained my BS Degree from Brockport State College in Criminal Justice, and worked in the Criminal Justice field in Monroe County for 13 years prior to my move, and then decided upon a career change to Real Estate. I have extensive background in law and legal preparation, which has helped tremendously with the knowledge needed for the contractual and legal issues involved with Real Estate transactions. My love of the water has come into play with my lifestyle, you can frequently find me at the beautiful beaches our area has to offer. Some of my favorite things to do are water related- boating, paddleboarding, kayaking and jet skiing the beautiful waterways in our area. I’m a big fan and supporter of our local sports teams- the Tampa Bay lighting and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I also recently took up the game of golf, where we have some of the most beautiful courses in the state.
