Tammy Londer is the best sales agent that I (and wife Elaine) have ever known. She sold us a condo in Coquina Key - North about 3 months ago. She recorded our condo requirements and found a unit that was "more than we had hoped and planned for". She is professional, precise and prompt in all that she does. ..honest and predictable !! We called Tammy looking to write a offer on a property on a Sunday. Tammy dropped what she was doing came to our home put the offer together. In 24 hours we had a contract. Tammy worked with the seller to get me access to the property ahead of closing and got the title company to expedite the closing. Tammy was fast, friendly and porfessional.

I didn’t particularly like being so rushed to close when there was no time crunch. I was misled into believing the buyers needed to move sooner than they actually did. My neighbor has since told me they still haven’t moved in and it’s been six weeks now. I was told they lost everything in Hurricane Helene but apparently they had another place to live.It was very disappointing to find this out as my husband and I busted our butts to move out over the busy Thanksgiving Day weekend. My plan was to gradually move to our new house and take my time so I could figure things out as I went. I guess the agents needed their commission in a hurry. Beth has been a long time friend and I wanted to make sure she got her commission because she took her time with me and we looked at many houses for years but I was disappointed in the end. I understand, though, how “sales” work and I don’t hold this against anyone. I just thought she would have looked out for my well being a little better; if the situation was reversed I would have done anything to make her life easier.

Heidi was a huge help to us in finding our dream home. We moved from another state and had been looking online for awhile. A friend recommended Heidi to us. She set us up with a search based on our requirements and we set out to find THE house. We soon realized what we thought we wanted, wasn't right at all. House after house got eliminated and we kept changing our search parameters. Heidi patiently answered all of our questions. We actually stumbled on our dream house while looking at a different house. Heidi was extremely helpful in guiding us thru the purchase of a new construction home. She also provided us valuable information about buying a home in Florida, insurance taxes etc.... We'd use Heidi again and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!
