Gina was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Gina helped us understand everything that was going on! Felt that she was truthful and honest when asked questions about the property. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Our experience with Gina was a very good one. She was friendly and engaging. Always available and kept us informed of what was happening. We found her to be up front and honest, hard working and very professional. We would certainly recommend her to sell your home.

From the day she listed our place, to the day we closed, Gina was there for us every step of the way. She answered all of our questions, gave us her honest, professional opinion & even though she is extremely busy, she always answered my many texts very quickly! She also sold our place for more than we were hoping for. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone looking to buy or sell. We cannot say enough great things about her.

Gina has made our house hunting experience truly enjoyable and we are very happy with our selection at Fairway Village. She is a true professional, if she’s busy with another client, she always calls within a reasonable amount of time or sends a text letting us know she’s unable to talk at the moment but will call us back. She is easy to talk to and if we had questions during the process of purchasing our manufactured home, she answered honestly, her knowledge of Fairway was welcoming, interesting, and helpful. I know that Gina loves her profession.. if I remember correctly she’s had 24 years of experience and met so many folks from all over the Country. She does care about her clients, she proves that everyday and that’s why Ray and I would not hesitate to hire Gina again. Rita and Donald Baileys #48

I’ve purchased and sold 15 properties over the last 40 years and have worked with many agents. Gina’s knowledge of the market and connections was such an asset for me. She was thorough and always available to assist me dayand night. She controlled the process and set up all the necessary inspections for me with quality providers. She is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her and use her again if needed.

Gina guided me expertly through the complicated task of selling my home at the age of 85. She was very knowledgeable and available whenever I had questions, which was often. She was patient with my endless questions and concerns. It was comforting to me during a difficult time in my life. My husband of 63 years had recently needed to be cared for in a nursing home. Although Gina was busy she always took the time to respond to my needs for which I am most gratefull

We had to sell our mother's winter place. I contacted Gina, and she took care of everything. I was in another state, but she communicated the current bids, local market, possible issues, etc without problems. Sold remotely, closed remotely, cashed out remotely... Thanks Gina!
