Gina Poore is one of a kind! As a seller, Gina was able to walk me through all the steps to make sure my home sold quickly. She even negotiated a long closing date so I could stay the winter! She gave me ideas as to how to set up my unit for quality pictures and even found a plumber for me to fix an issue! I would highly recommend Gina Poore for all your selling and buying needs!

Gina is a very personable and knowledgeable agent. When we met she explained the entire procedure, even listing to notify Duke Energy of the transfer and sending the cable box and modem back to Spectrum by way of the UPS store (at no cost to us). When our buyer's agent became difficult and unrealistic, Gina represented us professionally to ensure a beneficial outcome . As I stated before she sets a High Standard for other realtors to follow. Thank you Gina !
