Jessica filled in for my realtor when a house caught my eye and he was out of town. She was eager to take me to a showing of the house and was quick to get back to me when I had questions. She continued assisting even after my realtor was back in town. She always wears a big smile and has a pleasant personality.

Dorita is one of the best agents in town. I have worked with her in 3 previous transactions over the last 25 years. I would recommend her to anyone that wants someone to be there for the entire process. I have watched her work hard to find the perfect house, fight the mortgage brokers to get closing documents done. She even offers advice to other and completed someone else’s open house while she was working with us. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. We love her and the dedicated work ethic she has. The Doritos she hands out aren’t bad either. Thanks again for another fabulous house. We couldn’t have done it without you. Best in town, best in class. Ethical and dependable. She bring over 35 years of experience to the table. Make sure you think about that before you list with others. Many are in the area for the money, and just pop up and leave. She has been in the Bay Area for 35+ years. That alone says something.

Gina is the ultimate professional. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and is able to answer all questions. She is easy to communicate with over email or phone. Gina isn't pushy either as some Realtors are when listing or buying a home. We trust Gina!

Gina provided good customers as opportunities to sell our home. The sale of the home was unique as we "the seller" are out of state and relied on Gina to show the home. Gina assisted with finding the right closing company that understood the legal requirements to underwrite the sales documents related to durable power of attorney needs. I would use Gina again. We first met Gina when we purchased our manufactured home from her in August and the process was so easy with her we decided to have her sell our home. She made it so easy to transition because of her knowledge in Real Estate. She is friendly and passionate with her clients. It took a little longer to sell our house but that was due to the market and interest rate changes. So if your looking to buy or sell give her a call, she'll get it done. Thank you Gina for all you did for us..

In the current market, finding waterfront property is next to impossible. Most locations don't even last a day before there are multiple offers. Kenny identified the property we were looking for the morning it went on the market and was on site within an hour taking videos and showing us the potential. Because of this quick response, we were the first offer made on the property which put us in a great position. With Kenny's years of experience, he had a relationship with the other agent and was able to help negotiate and finalize the deal. I am confident that without his relationships, we would not have been fortunate enough to finally find our dream property.
