Gina suggested a bit of outside trimming, which I had done, and both clients responded by putting in offers.

Gina is a professional with clear passion for her job and community. She provides excellent direction and communications. Her responsiveness is quick. She still remains responsive and provides personal tasks even after closing especially since we live in New York and could not be on site. Highly recommend!!!

Gina helped us sell my grandad’s home quickly and efficiently. Being his neighbor, she knows the Fairway Village community well. Having been in business for many years, she knows the industry well, too. We're grateful for her expertise and efficiency, and especially appreciate that she is proficient with remote sales/closings.

Gina helped me prepare my house to get ready for house showings. As a professional, Gina provided great advice on making my house show well. The little things I’d over look, Gina pointed out. As a result, my house sold quickly to the first ready, able & willing buyer. I’d definitely use Gina again.

Gina exceeded all expectations. She gave solid advice on staging the house, setting the asking price and negotiating offers. Her communication was excellent. 90% of the time she was available immediately and 10% of the time she would get back to me within hours. While trying to sell the house from another state she went above and beyond with making me feel confident the entire process went smoothly. She even assisted with being the person to meet a driver to transport car across the country. I have worked with many real estate agents and Gina most definitely deserves 5 stars!

Gina was very knowledgeable and showed properties to us in our price range, and then took us to revisit several homes we were interested in. She was always patient never rushing us. Gina was very helpful explaining the process, and helping us through the whole purchase and closing on our home.
