She Really Cares!
I've known Michelle for many years now and I knew she was an amazing person, but WOW. Michelle has exceeded every single one of our expectations and more. She is so personable, accountable, reliable, and prompt. She is an expert in her field and she stayed on top of everything. There were many instances where we needed to lean on Michelle through buying our first home, and she gladly held our hand through the whole process. We learned so much from her and she equipped us with the knowledge and information we needed to make the right decision. She went above and beyond for us. Without being asked, she made appointments for inspections and was present for those appointments to ensure everything went smoothly. She held people accountable when they dropped the ball and she got things done! She was there for us when we signed for closing and she answered all our questions on documents we didn't understand. She not only impressed us, but she impressed other realtors we met at open houses, the notary which told us realtors never show up to help clients on closing documents, and even our parents were blown away by her! I truly believe we had a good buying experience because we picked the best of the best!
