Karen was very intent on finding the right home for me, she knew what I was looking for and what my was. Within a few months of meeting her she found me the perfect home. She helped every step of the way, since I wasn’t sure of what all I needed to do to get the process going in a timely manner. And even found me a very affordable home insurer. Karen, supported my family and I through an incredibly important part of our lives. We were in the market for a vacation home In Daytona Beach to enhance what time we have left with our two kids while they are still at home. Karen understood the importance of the situation. She spent a significant amount of time with us in August of 2019 showing us properties and giving her advice on the suitability of each. We were most impressed with how genuine she is and how willing she was to go the extra mile. I would give six stars if I could! I have worked with several realtors and Renata is, by far, the best I have had the opportunity to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of her profession and she is even more passionate about what she does. When I asked her why she is so passionate about what she does, she commented that she thoroughly enjoys helping people and doing so through her profession gives her a sense of purpose and fulfillment. This attitude shines through when working with her. She made all facets of the process seamless and made what can be a very stressful experience, surprisingly smooth and painless. Very professional and provided excellent tips on how to sell a house. Couldn't have found a better realtor. Karen was amazing! She listened and showed us places based on what we were looking for. We actually had a hard time choosing so we walked some of the places several times! She was always happy to meet with us! She also made the financing, inspections and closing much less stressful than it could have been!
