Kendalll priced the property realistically giving room for negotiation. Several offers were made way below asking, which she recommended against. We decided to reduce the price a little. As soon as we did we recieved a cash offer with a closing in 2 weeks. Kendall used a title company that handled the closing in about 20 minutes. I will recommend Kendall to all my friends wanting to buy or sell real estate.
