My move to DeLand
Kendall was the agent representing the seller of the property I acquired. She was very accommodating in meeting me at the house several times, answering questions both about the property itself and the DeLand area in general. Questions to which she did not have an answer for immediately, she made sure to research and follow-up. Not knowing the DeLand area at all, I found Kendall's genuine affection for the city and its environs reassuring and contagious. I am confident that as I explore the area, get to know the city and its inhabitants as well as move into my new house, I'll soon be able to think of it as my home.

Very Knowledgeable and Hard Worker
Ms. Gray is excellent. She has tremendous knowledge of the area and will work tirelessly to find the home you desire or sell the home that is ready for the market. She is punctual friendly and polite. However, don't let those traits fool you, she will fight for that deal, buying or selling you can't go wrong with her on your side. I can't imagine any realtor that can outwork Ms. Cheryl Gray. Oh, and by the way, did I mention she is extremely trustworthy. Sleep well at night knowing your precious property is in good hands with her. As they say "enough said" !!!!
