Kendall was professional and knowledgeable but went beyond this while doing everything in her power to sell our recently deceased father’s house as I’m over 600 miles away, in another state. Kendalll priced the property realistically giving room for negotiation. Several offers were made way below asking, which she recommended against. We decided to reduce the price a little. As soon as we did we recieved a cash offer with a closing in 2 weeks. Kendall used a title company that handled the closing in about 20 minutes. I will recommend Kendall to all my friends wanting to buy or sell real estate.
