I can't express enough how happy I am with the service Karen provides. This is my 3rd time working with Karen and she consistently exceeds all expectations. This time around we sold and purchased at the same time and it's one of the most stressful/emotional experiences I've been through. There were obvious stressors along the way, but Karen's ability to help remove that stress and get us to the finish line for both properties is what makes her the BEST. Karen is the absolute best! I've worked with her to find my home and now she helped me find a home for my parents. In both situations, we were moving from out of state. Karen is so incredibly helpful, patient, and goes the extra mile to make the process an enjoyable one. My parents had to rely on my opinion, photos, videos, and Karen's expertise to find them the perfect home, all from 700 miles away. We were able to find them the perfect fit and Karen went above and beyond to make sure the deal was approved. Words cannot express enough how happy we all are to work with Karen. She knows the market and provides her expert opinion, but does so in a way that's extremely positive and educational. It's refreshing to have her help along the way, because she provides a separate set of eyes, thoughts, and knowledge that we might not think of as a buyer. I share this to say I've been around, so I can say with certainty that Cheryl is BY FAR the hardest working realtor you'll ever meet. The time and effort she took to find us the right property and get an offer accepted (at the top of a sellers market in one of the hottest market locations) was nothing shy of a miracle.
