Karen was very intent on finding the right home for me, she knew what I was looking for and what my was. Within a few months of meeting her she found me the perfect home. She helped every step of the way, since I wasn’t sure of what all I needed to do to get the process going in a timely manner. And even found me a very affordable home insurer. She truly cares about her client, I’ll recommend her to anyone looking for their home.

Karen, supported my family and I through an incredibly important part of our lives. We were in the market for a vacation home In Daytona Beach to enhance what time we have left with our two kids while they are still at home. Karen understood the importance of the situation. She spent a significant amount of time with us in August of 2019 showing us properties and giving her advice on the suitability of each. We were most impressed with how genuine she is and how willing she was to go the extra mile. Karen was amazing! She listened and showed us places based on what we were looking for. We actually had a hard time choosing so we walked some of the places several times! She was always happy to meet with us! She also made the financing, inspections and closing much less stressful than it could have been! I''ve purchased several homes before and this time, with Karen, was the smoothest. Totally recommend!!

Karen helped me find a home quickly and went out of her way after hours to do so. She cared about my needs and did plenty of research before viewing the home so we were not wasting any time viewing anything that wasn't meeting my expectations.
