I had the ultimate privilege of meeting Annie to help me sell my mother's home. My situation was not of the norm. I live out of state from where the property was located. We began working with April after actively looking at homes for over two years. April was very patient and flexible with our schedules. She went to dozens of houses with us, and helped us with multiple offers. She was honest with us and gave great advice and insight on every home we saw. We finally found the right house, and even though she was on vacation, she put her life on pause to connect with the other agent and get as many details about the property and situation as possible. She even wrote up the offer while on vacation! Despite multiple offers (some higher than ours) because of her help and insight, the seller chose us. Once we were under contract, she kept us updated throughout the process and helped ensure everything went smoothly.
