Wanda is totally on top of how to sell your property. She communicates and gives tips on what would make it sell. Even before you are ready to put it on the market, she hits the road running. She is involved with the sale all the way: helps with staging, footies for inside cleanliness, makes observations for what an inspector looks for and informs on safety issues. Wanda treats each client as if they were her only point of interest. She takes the worry out of the entire process, her professionalism shows that she has it all together. Before my property was even listed, she contacted other agents and put the intrigue of my property out there in the forefront. I experienced her follow through and thoroughness when she had three appointments already lined up for a walk through the day the property hit the market.
