A true professional suited up for the role, from the get-go we could tell this wasnt Tom’s first rodeo, the weekend hobby, or the side gig. Working with Thomas was such a positive experience. Buying a home is never easy, but Tom made sure to make it as smooth as possible. From the moment we started the hunt, he immediately took action. He began sending us listings and was so proactive during the whole journey. We were able to see homes within a day of requesting. He always came on time and prepared. He was very open to understanding our wants and needs and made sure to show us homes accordingly. His communication was very friendly and very helpful. Real estate has many complicated terms, and Tom was always helpful explaining without any judgment! He was very supportive and understanding! He also was very timely in submitting documents and forms. It’s clear that he respects his clients! In addition he is super personable and it was great to build such a strong connection with him during this process. I would definitely use Tom again in the future!

Tom helped us find our rental townhouse in Irvine's Woodbury. He was always available to communicate with and very responsive. He is quite knowledgeable about Irvine's communities and their history. He was super prompt with setting up appointments, even when we weren't on top of our game and gave him very short notice. He accompanied us at every appointment. Once we decided on the property we wanted to rent, he was very diligent about following up with the landlord's agent and making sure nothing was missed. He is very strong about documenting everything and his use of online signature tools made it very easy for us to complete all paperwork. We are very happy to have had Tom's guidance and help.

Sonaz is an incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and sincere realtor. She has assisted us in purchasing two homes and has taken us to see dozens of houses. Throughout our visits she has pointed out things that make the houses good and/or bad investments and has always had our best interests in mind. Working with Traci to sell my rental property in Hesperia, CA was a positive experience that I did not anticipate. My son had a classmate from his childhood who was now a real estate agent with Realty One Group West named Traci Leigh Joseph------and even though she worked and lived a distance away from Hesperia, she accepted the job of selling the property. That turned out to be a wonderful blessing for us! Obviously, my goal was to sell this property and Traci jumped right in with both feet to help me achieve my goal. She went to Hesperia to assess the condition of the house, and found that it would require a lot of work. Since I primarily was interested in a quick sale, I did not want to put money into it. She listed it and promoted it so that it would receive the highest exposure to the real estate markets. We received several offers within a short time, and I was informed and consulted every step of the way. We had some ups and downs along the way, but the amazing thing about Traci is that she rolled with the punches, changed strategy along the way as needed, and made sure everyone involved was on the same page. She gave me wise advice along the way, but never pushed me. Traci was a rock throughout the whole procedure. She was always positive, happy, excited for what was ahead, and definitely interested in me as a person. She will forever be a friend and considered a part of our family. If you want to deal with a real estate agent with integrity, ethics (which is hard to find these days), knowledge, high personal values, and a great personality----Traci is someone who will deliver!
