Our experience with Tom as our agent was exceptional. He guided us through the process seamlessly and patiently answered any of the questions that we had. I highly recommend Traci Joseph to anyone who is considering selling or buying a home. Traci was my realtor in several transactions. She was extremely professional, patient, and very easy to work with. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences and she walked me through each step of the process making me feel extremely comfortable. In the last transaction, she cleaned and staged my home beautifully which was the main reason I received 25 offers! Not only did I receive an above asking price, but I also obtained a two-month free lease back. I was able to close on my home quickly with much more than I even asked for. She was present every step of the way including the home inspections and the open house. After I sold my house Traci worked hard to find me a new home.
