On my first day of house-hunting in 2012, I met Helen by chance at an open house. I was impressed with how she listened and cared about my needs and goals even though she represented the seller. I saved her business card and the very next day I asked her to help me find a home. She worked tirelessly and found us a home in Costa Mesa. She was a good researcher and smart negotiator. We were well-represented by her. We closed escrow in early 2013. We were very happy with the outcome. Now in 2021, 8 years later, we used her again (there’s no one better) to buy a home in Huntington Beach.
