When I met Julie, I had just moved into temporary housing and had been commuting to work from Los Angeles to Riverside for two days. After two days of commuting, I explained to Julie that I couldn't take it and was on a mission to find a home ASAP. By the end of the day of our first contact, she sent me properties and we were writing offers the next day. It was a tough market for buying, but Julie never missed a phone call or text. She was ULTRA responsive and amazingly encouraging when my full asking price and OVER asking price offers weren't accepted. Her follow up with seller's agents was consistent and persistent. She figured out what I wanted, even when I wasn't clear about what I wanted, and often changed my mind. She also saw the potential in a home with cosmetic defects when I was ready to pass it up. She never pushed me to make an offer on any home. However, on the home I almost passed up, she new how to gently prod me into reconsidering my position. As a result, I can't tell you how much I adore my new home. We started searching in early October and closed escrow in mid December several days before the stated closing date. She even referred to a new lender at the last minute so I could get a better rate. Julie's amazing and I plan to work with her again when the opportunity presents itself.
