Mary provided us with many great references on the market and had a very detailed explanation for all our questions regarding the property we had purchased. She gave us a lot of background information that we had not previously known about the property which further interested us in making the final decision to purchase the property. Mary always double checked everything for us and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive as our buying agent. To say that she is patient and kind would be an understatement. From the moment you meet Mary her professionalism touches every aspect of her talents and abilities. On first meeting her she came perpared with comp analysis, a great listening ear, complete knowledge of the property and what her strategy for marketing would be! Hired her on the spot and from there she proceeded to go beyond any expectations I could of ask for! I was juggling many things and she help with covering items that the buyers wanted done when I couldn't get there, her marketing on listing the house with the photo's she had taken and laid out were stunning. She is trust worthy, and has a high level of integrity and character. Kimberly (Kim) and I have worked together for a long time as she was always the realtor I called upon to lease my property at 8966 Thames River, Fountain Valley. She always vetted the prospects and made good recommendations. She is always at the top of her game. She answers questions thoroughly and if there is ever one she is not sure of, she seeks the information. She is very responsive. We've exchanged texts/emails at midnight a couple times. When I decided to sell my house to my renter, Kim was there with me every inch of the way. She made sure I understood every document I had to sign and was surprised that I actually read them and asked her questions. Kim has great rapport with her clients and one knows she will keep them up to date through the entire process. She provides outstanding customer service. I will miss interacting with Kim. I met agent Kathrin Rogers at an Open House 5 years ago in Huntington Beach. Kathrin stayed in touch via email yearly, although at the time, I still lived in WA State and had no date of returning to SoCal. When Linda and I initially met, she listened, took notes, and gave constructive feedback on my home. She recommended changes, just enough to sell, not so much that they would be unnecessary expenses. She coordinated everything including the vendors, change decisions, and inspectors. She respected my schedule, gave a tremendous amount of her time, and ensured all went smoothly. My home had a full-price offer with the very first people that viewed the home. Escrow went smoothly and closed earlier than originally scheduled.
