She was super responsive and did a lot of extra work that actually was the buyer’s agents job. I met agent Kathrin Rogers at an Open House 5 years ago in Huntington Beach. Kathrin stayed in touch via email yearly, although at the time, I still lived in WA State and had no date of returning to SoCal. Very few agents make time to keep their potential clients in touch beyond 1-6 months. This is the primary reason that begged me to inquire Kathrin as my buyer's agent for the purchase of my home in the city of Cypress in 2019. When Linda and I initially met, she listened, took notes, and gave constructive feedback on my home. She recommended changes, just enough to sell, not so much that they would be unnecessary expenses. She coordinated everything including the vendors, change decisions, and inspectors. She respected my schedule, gave a tremendous amount of her time, and ensured all went smoothly. My home had a full-price offer with the very first people that viewed the home. Escrow went smoothly and closed earlier than originally scheduled.

Kathrin made my buying experience a breeze. She was always fast responding to my questions and requests to view properties.
