So in the year 2020 my family and I decided to leave Southern California for all the regular reasons that the year 2020 brought us. I was lucky enough to have Mary Nguyen referred bye dear friend of mine a professor from USC. I was not disappointed. I had invited about five or six agents to come look at the house and have an initial contact, but when Mary Nguyen’s turn came up my mind was made. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She was fully prepared and has done her homework, we established a great line of communication and used it often throughout the process. She was more thorough then all the other agents as far as reviewing the surrounding areas of residence house is being sold and such. she gave good advice to me as to how much work to put into the house and to sell it as is. We ended up selling to a veteran which brought about some complications with the loan, but Mary was on top of it and that helped us feel confident we were doing the right thing. In the end we were satisfied that we sold the house at the right time and received more than the asking price of the house. During this process I was moving my family to our new destination, and Mary Nguyen was able to go to the house and deal with any other handyman work maintenance left to be finished. Even one year after the move Mary stays in touch make sure we’re happy and I am happy to say she is our friend. I’m happy to recommend her for your real estate business if you were thinking about moving out of California like we did she’s the one.

She also hired a very professional photographer. The pictures were splendid which I thought helped a lot in the selling of the house. Our house was sold within 8 hours after being posted online. She went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted and kept constant communication, expectations and updates before, during and even after the purchase of our home. She takes ownership and initiative and is super competent. She earned our trust and we came back to her when my Sister in Law needed to sell her home. That was an out of the ordinary transaction and 2 other real estate agents had tried to sell in what was very obvious was a very half effort way, well when we brought Christine in she not only helped then close but she found them the replacement home of her dreams!
