She is very knowledgeable and flexible as well. Her attention to detail is immaculate and she is quick, punctual and very good at explaining everything thoroughly and in a way that's easy ti understand. I hands down would not have stayed sane throughout this process without Lauren. Her schedule was super flexible and was quick to book viewings as soon as a new house came on the market. She was very realistic and knowledgeable about the properties. When I had problems with my mortgage lender, she was there immediately to help navigate and remediate the problems. Being a first time home buyer, my wife and I had very little knowledge on what we needed to be ready for the process. Thankfully we had Jennifer to make the process seamless. We met with her a little over year ago without any intent to buy, just to get some information. She was willing to meet with us and even though we were not serious buyers at the time. This built our confidence in what direction we needed to go. When we finally were ready for a home, Jennifer was consistent and on time to all our appointments and responded promptly. We were buying a for sale by owner property. Even though this was her first one, she was able to confidently find answers to all of our questions. So I would highly recommend her if your a first time buyer or if you have a property that you want immediately in a competitive market. She adapts well. Thank you
