Claire was outstanding and extremely thorough as our realtor. From start to finish she made our entire process as smooth as possible. She pays very close attention to detail. Because of this, we were provided with knowledge during walkthroughs that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. She allowed us to feel comfortable in our decision to put an offer in on a house. Not only did she accommodate both of our working schedules on weekday evenings, but she also made herself as available as possible on weekends as well. As 1st time home buyers, we felt overwhelmed with all of the hoops you need to jump through, things to watch for in a property, etc. Claire took the time to make sure we were educated on each aspect of the process and diligently inspected all of the properties we looked at to make sure we did not get ourselves into a bind. She is very well versed in what red flags to watch for in appliances, renovations, foundations, neighborhoods and more. She also spent countless night and weekend hours showing us houses at our convenience, usually with very little notice. When it came to putting in an offer, she made sure that we were aware of the multiple ways we could strengthen our offer in a very competitive market. This was one of the most important things for us to have in a realtor - someone with experience that we as 1st time home buyers could lean on and help us put out best foot forward. Claire absolutely provided that for us. Overall, we can't recommend Claire enough and are incredibly happy in our new home that she helped us obtain. Thank you, Claire and team!
