My wife and I are baffled by the other reviews for this realtor. Joe made significant mistakes and oversights over and over, displayed minimal knowledge on the market, and throughout the selling process we felt like we were pushing uphill alone. He pressured us to accept a sell offer we instinctively felt was low, and thankfully we didn't agree and ended up selling for $30k more than the original offer he was pushing us towards. He provided little insight and many of our decisions were made in a vacuum. We witnessed minimal professionalism, with notes being lost on multiple occasions, dates forgotten, misinformation provided, right up to the closing of our house, to which he was more than 45 minutes late and only arrived as the final paper was being signed. My wife and I were shocked at how poor an experience this was. We consistently felt like the heavy lifts were left on our shoulders. This brief review contains only a portion of our disappointment and frustration. Others who interacted with Joe shared our discomfort and noted his off-putting demeanor, so despite his perfect record on ratemyagent, we are fairly certain our experience was not unique. While we're glad others have had better experiences with Joe, we would highly, highly recommend seeking a different realtor.

I found Joe through the Ramsey Network. I needed to know what improvements to make and which not to make in order to maximize my profit while not coming out of pocket too much. Joe's knowledge in contracting type work (on top of his real estate experience) was a huge reason why I chose him. He was spot on with what we needed to do and what was unnecessary. Joe even dug in and did some work when it came to seeding my lawn where the ground had been dug up from a prior sewer pipe replacement. I had moved an hour or more away already so it was really awesome of him to go that extra mile when I was unable to. Joe priced my house well for the area and what it had to offer to buyers, all the while explaining the ins and outs of why, in a way I understood it. When it came time to accept one of multiple offers he again went into details on the different types of funding and what I could generally expect from each during the closing process. It's a huge bonus when the real estate agent you select is also a great teacher. On top of all this, Joe has a great sense of humor. Which is important because I'm quite random and all over the place at times. I'd highly recommend him as the agent you want selling your home and will definitely be suggesting Joe to anyone I come across that could use his services.

As the title implies I've known Kim and her family for close to 10 years. I didn't really know Kim's realtor background other than its profession she was working in. 2 months back my fiancé and I had located a house and needed someone on that end of real-estate to get us a showing. In a short amount of time Kim got us a showing quicky, walked us through the process with easy to understand info. Unfortunately we were outbid but that allowed us to see her skills and she explained it all and our next steps. And that made me feel great. a few short weeks later another dream house came on the market. And Kim went to bat as if she was the all-time designated hitter! She brought out the big bats and swung for the fences! From the day we walked the home, to us living in this house as im sitting in my comfy chair writing this review. it was all said and done in less than 30 days. From the emails, text and phone calls and other information keeping us in step through the process. and also her little pages of information of what we would need to do next to help the process keep rolling in the background as we waited for closing day. Honestly, Kim made this home purchase a walk through the park! Her professionalism, caring, drive, and yes our friendship made it possible. Her ability to make the situation work was notable because when you do mix friendships and business sometimes it can end disasterly even when the outcomes are positive. Not once did I feel like any of that was jeopardized! With all of that being said and if you made it this far thank you Kim.
