My husband and I were looking for a new home on a property that was somewhat specific. Joe asked great questions to understand what we were looking for, and he absolutely figured us out. Each time we arrived to a home to tour, he was clearly prepared, and then offered insight about the structure and its features that I think many others would have missed. Overall, I was impressed by his ability to understand what his opponents buyer was looking for as well as his knowledge of real estate. He was great to work with, and I definitely recommend him!

Joe is an exhalent agent! He worked with us tirelessly looking at many many homes. He was flexible with his schedule to meet both of our working schedules and when we called he always answered! Kim did an amazing job helping my husband and me find a home. She was very knowledgeable about the homes that we were looking at as well as the surrounding communities. My husband and I were a little undecided about the home we were going to purchase and looked at multiple homes on multiple weekends.
