Jan did a fantastic job assisting my wife and I during our home buying hunt. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process and make everything as easy as possible. She always took the time to explain every step thoroughly to ensure that we understand. Jan is also extremely familiar with the Lancaster County area as she has lived here for many years. She knows which neighborhoods are desirable, when homes are priced appropriately and what is fair. Given the competitive market that we are in, you have to move quickly to secure a home and Jan always made herself available to view homes with us. Once we had found the home we wanted, she was extremely prompt with putting the offer letter together and submitting it to the seller. Jan also did a great job assisting my wife and I negotiate seller's assist and managed to get some repairs done to the home prior to settlement.
