I've known Linda for many years as a friend. However, this was the first time I experienced dealing with her professional side. I was so impressed by her attention to every minute detail. Linda and Patty completely outlined every detail of what was expected of me and what I should anticipate once my house went from "coming soon" to "live". They were available after what I consider normal courtesy working hours (8-6) to respond to my text messages. I listened to their advice and had my home picture perfect for the listing pictures (I knew nothing turns me off faster than viewing someone else's junk and clutter). All of their advice had my home "model home ready" and with their guidance, support and great skills sold my home within 24 hours. Listen to Linda and Patty. I'm a licensed realtor in Arizona, I average 27 home sales a year and I hired Kelly to sell my renovation project in Sun City West! Kelly brought car loads of buyers through the home over the short time the property was listed for sale.
