It was a major and stressful decision to sell my home. However, Kelly was so good at addressing any and all of my worries. She was patient and was always willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding the selling and buying process. Her best attribute is her follow up skills. She was on top of any issues that arose and deadlines. She made sure I followed all necessary steps to a happy conclusion- A SOLD HOUSE in less than average days on market!! Kelly gave us a presentation before we even hired her. We were very impressed. Kelly was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We had some unique issues come up with our inspection. Kelly guided us and made us feel comfortable and confident with the decisions we were making.
